Hello, We have reached out before but nothing’s big has been done. Opposite our house is a vacant lot which has a city meter on it. Trash including diapers and an old armchair have been dumped there. It’s been slowly rotting for years. It’s an eye sore and also encourages more dumping in this area. It’s at the corner of w. 12th and N. Oolitic dr.

Dumpsters continue to overflow every week and sits there until there’s a complaint. There are more than 30 rentals using this 1 dumpster includes townhouses and apartments on both sides of Dorchester Drive and might not be sufficient. Also it’s very hard to access at all due to the doors and concrete pad, might need some attention. Thank you.
This stretch of South Oakdale Drive continues to be a constant dumping ground for litter. I myself have gone out to pick up litter on a multitude of occasions, yet despite my efforts, litter is persistently left. This is terrible to look at as you have to take this road in and out of the apartment complex. I am not entirely sure what can be done, but I do believe this to be within city jurisdiction.
There is a brushpile in front of 1605 that was put there by the guy in 1601 (according to the caller). Caller is frightened of the guy in 1601 and wishes to remain anonymous. I checked GIS and there is no 1601, but the caller mentioned that there is a dumpster there.
City maintained sidewalk path leading from Allendale to Rogers Family Park is not shoveled. This is is the primary route for families who live in Sherwood Oaks to get to and from Childs School.
Homeless encampment behind the Comcast building, behind 621 N. Adams, trash throughout area, caller said city posted notices to the effect that the city would clean up area (over a year ago) and has not been cleaned up.
Sidewalks of businesses running west to the by-pass have not shovelled snow, complaint area runs length of 3rd Street from Adams to Bypass.
Resident reports overgrown grass, shrubbery on property and accumulation of trash.
