I found a bunch of Heroin Syringes on the ground between the apartment buildings. Lame that people would shoot up just right in the grass out in front of the building, then toss the shit onto the ground uncapped. Not hard to see why people don't have a lot of sympathy for addicts.
This is the fourth time that resident has been written up for trash related violations since the start of 2012.
