There is a mobile home behind 2400 S. Madison the is not habitable. The porch is falling in and the white underpinning is falling off. The grass has been cut and the neigbor at 2400 S. Madison found a snake in her kitchen.
is constantly overweight. did a courtesy pick up after he broke it down on 8/6 from 80 lbs. he refused to tage the other can he broke down from 80 lbs but we picked i tup anyway. on 8/13 was 60 lbs again. i did not send out a courtesy pick up. today weighed in at 60lbs. will not comply. i have spoken with mr. wiley on many occasions about city code and he still refuses to comply.
Caller stated that there is a large pool of raw sewage in the back yard of the rental house.
Copious trash at stated address. See picture. Normal occurrence at the end of the academic year. Perhaps a pre-emptive friendly end of school year reminder to renters and property management is in order, with elevated fines based on volume or severity of the violation.
House vacant for one week. Large pile of junk. Caller saw a rat crawling on top of the pile.
House in disrepair, windows and doors cannot be shut or locked. People going in and out. Owner does not live there. Also trash outside.
