There is a severe black mold problem in apartment 3349 at Acadia Court. The property manager has been informed and is taking steps to clean it. However, he is not bringing in professional certified mold removal experts and informed me they were cleaning it with bleach, which does not kill mold. The mold seems to be coming from the air vents and has caused at least one person to be quite ill.

Case #167236 has not been resolved. 1718 Circle Drive: a green tarp and a bunch of sticks and branches have been sitting in the yard for weeks now. Maybe the empty trash cans are still there too. Do we have to wait until yard waste collection resumes in April before that yard waste is removed? It should be bundled and put aside the house, and the green tarp folded and put out of sight.
