Snow is sovering the cross walks at henderson and hunter. it is impossible to use the sidewalks safely

Snow has not been removed from the sidewalk on the west side of Smith Road from Grandview Drive south to Morningside Drive (or near Morningside). Snow is several inches deep, making passage and access to the Smith Road bus stop difficult.
