Trash and Junk piling up in back yard of house. Neighboring tenants are having pest control issues because of this issue.

Nick's Pub owner, Greg Rago, called in with a complaint of a dumpster that is not being emptied in a timely manner. It currently is filled so high that it is to Nick's second story. He stated that this is not a snow issue, that it is a common occurrence. The owner and property management of the building have been notified numerous times and are refusing to do anything about it. He says that the issue stems from apartment residents or guests parking in front of this dumpster making it impossible for their sanitation company to empty the dumpster. There is what looks like an individuals bedding, clothing and personal items that have been strewn about in the undeveloped alleyway immediately East of 1001 S Rogers Steet. These itmes have been there for over a week. There is too much for us to put in our personal trash bin. Thank you!!
