I am part of the Executive Committee of the Eastside Neighborhood Association, and we have had several neighbors report difficulties with trash at 707 S. Clifton Ave. This week there is trash and recycling left by the curb, with the tenants evidently out of town. On Jan. 25th 2017 Aaron Shafer threw out 4 bags of trash and then again in March 2017. We were notified that he continued to dispose of his trash at our location. (3 pieces of mail)
