This property neglects to take their trash to the street. It is next door to a restaurant. Their overflow trash ends up in our parking lot and on our property. We are having complaints from our customers, not to mention how embarrassing and gross all the trash looks. Something has got to give with these young ‘men’ and this issue.
Cushions, chair and other discarded items left near road for over a month.

Property needs to be mowed
Just a reminder about several complaints that are now two months old and are still active problems, all about couches on porches: E. 6th: 420, 424, 426 N. Dunn: 317, 319 E. 7th: 317 N. Grant: 501, 551 E. 12th: 313, 316, 319
The sidewalk on Grant St consistently has trash and recycling bins that are out for multiple days, into weeks. This house/apt in particular usually has their bins blocking the sidewalk.
This individual has left wooden planks and other miscellaneous trash sitting outside for several months at a time instead of disposing of it properly. At times, the wind has blown trash into my yard. There is clearly some interior renovation happening inside, but the actual work is far and few between. In the weeks/months nothing is happening, this is what it looks like. During the summer months, weeks would pass before the grass was mowed. All in all, the property is not being maintained properly. The "Stone Mansion" on Washington has damage to the stone wall. It's a historic structure, so I hope it is fixed with regards to that and not a cheap fix.
This bag has been at this campus walk building for over 2 months. This morning while walking my dog around 6:45 I saw 2 large rats exit the bag and my dog tried going after one. The smell is horrible and this is right by the sidewalk. Attached is an image of the bag and the property it’s at.
