Norman and code enforcement department, Park Ridge needs your assistance again on this same address please. 3433_E._Third_St._property_needs_owner_attention The house is not being cared for and has become a flophouse for the homeless and drug users. The backdoor is not locking now (I have tried) and inside it's a mess with evidence of trespassers using the house for various activities. BPD has visited the house three times in the past 60 days due to the back door standing open. With the weather and trespassing occurring at the I address, you need to get the owner's attention to lock it up and also care for it in a consistent manner. It has evidence of being abandoned. Also evident are the two waste and recycle toters at the front door - never touched by the homeowner. An advertisement that the house is vacant. Has BPD contacted you for enforcement help? Please help!
