The bags are torn open, and the mess has begun attracting animals; just last week, while I was traveling, several neighbors reported seeing a coyote in the area. This property, which is a rental, has been a recurring source of disruption in our neighborhood. In addition to improper waste disposal, previous incidents have included: • Smoking cannabis openly in the backyard. • Loud parties continuing until 4:00 a.m. • Unauthorized backyard fires without proper safety measures like a firepit. • Failure to maintain the property, such as leaving fallen leaves uncollected. I kindly request the town to investigate these concerns and take appropriate action to address the situation, ensuring the safety and well-being of our community. There is a "Republic" dumpster in the parking lot on the east side of this building that has a drain hole on the side that is missing a plug. Rats routinely enter and exit the drain hole of the dumpster and are running all over the parking lot at night. Can the City force the trash people to keep dumpsters in a reasonable condition so that they do not attract and sustain vermin? Note: leaving poison outside does nothing and only serves to harm other animals. Best to seal the dumpsters and keep the garbage contained.

On the north side of E Cottage, in the middle of number 805 (the house is to the right, a vacant area is to the left, but it's all 805) there is poison ivy on a tree on private property near the sidewalk.
