Dumped shopping cart or a constant problem in Highland Village. How can this be stopped?
Corner of Walker and First: overgrown empty lot. Also, across from there on First, 2 lawns next to each other that seem not to have seen a mower for a while either, one is 1018.
The house at 810 W. 4th St. is unoccupied, but rented as an Airbnb with regularity. In a neighborhood of modest homes with mostly well-tended yards, it has a front yard that is untended, and a side and backyard that are wildly overgrown, sometimes harboring an urban deer population. The tall grass and weeds in the backyard, along with an abandoned cast-iron tub, contribute to the difficult mosquito problem in the neighborhood. Apparently because there is no home owner nearby, this commercial venture shows little concern for the well-being of the neighborhood. Thank you for your efforts.
