The property of complaint is NOT 415 N Spring street, but the parcel behind it owned by Daniel Bingham. It was supposed to be a development on Dandelion Lane, but it never happened, so it is overgrown and not taken care of.
Overgrown yard-- contact (812) 272-7759 to follow up. Very specific about not wanting neighbors to know it was she who reported them.

Trash in back yard
back of property, visible from the alley, 10-12 bags trash piled up
Trash is accumulating on the north side of the house. No visible trash cans.
Trash cans in back of building by parking have been overflowing for weeks and bags are ripped open with trash spread all over the yard. Smells really bad and no one has done anything with it for a few weeks.
