The person named Joe came out to three or four Hopewell answering I complain about car engines and transmissions and junk along habitat street on city property. A discarded tire is on City property at the east end of Habitat. An old rug and some plastic bags were tossed into my yard from his side. The loose trash along Habitat is still there. 914 S Eastside Drive, several branches at the edge of the yard. They have been there for weeks. Yard waste will not resume until April 1 and they won't be taken as is, because they are loose and large.
