Broken drain still not fixed. Risk of small animals or people legs to fall into. Maintenance has been aware of it for several months with no fix.
Open utilities box north side of building 9. Flood water caused it to come open.
Flickering outdoor lights from raccoon and water damage. Large holes in roof. Excessive growth, fabric curtains in front porch make this house a hazard. There is an open report on this home for over 200 days with Mike Arnold. Nothing has been find and the neighborhood is aware of the city report having been filed. This house is a violation of many city codes and nothing is being done.
I just watched the inspector look at this and reported that it was closed however it is still clearly open and a hazard. North side of building 9

A part of the old stone retaining wall on the Lincoln side of this lot is just about to collapse. It looks like it's leaning at a 46 degree angle. If anyone is sitting on it or just walking by when it does fall, someone is going to get sued.
Tarp covered plywood structure between end building and Polly Grimshaw trail. Can be seen from the trail. Location is approximate.
The front porch rails are broken out, the rails appear to be unstable, sagging and possibly rotted. The porch sets up high above grade where the porch rails are out. There is a young child living in the house. This presents a danger. Jeff Jones/Pendragon owns this property. This has been the case for the past 2+ years. This family is a new renter and this was not repaired between renters.
Tenants are throwing their trash onto neighboring property.
