Nick's Pub owner, Greg Rago, called in with a complaint of a dumpster that is not being emptied in a timely manner. It currently is filled so high that it is to Nick's second story. He stated that this is not a snow issue, that it is a common occurrence. The owner and property management of the building have been notified numerous times and are refusing to do anything about it. He says that the issue stems from apartment residents or guests parking in front of this dumpster making it impossible for their sanitation company to empty the dumpster. He has turned his property into a landfill. There is garbage everywhere. Each morning for the past 2 weeks he has burned something in the morning in his yard/driveway that smells like plastic. Please make him stop.

This neighbor is insane. His yard is a trash dump. He burns garbage in his yard every morning. He has spikes with helmets on them. He has a tent in his front yard. His driveway looks like a dumpster. Please do something to help our neighborhood not have to deal with this every day.
