Harold & Rossie Stewart@3709 E. 3rd St. back yard is adjacent to above property. Property has overgrown trees and weeds in back yard, causing a raccoon problemfor the Stewarts. Would like property cleaned up. Have received complaints in the past.

427 N. Washington is dumping their trash at 420 N. Walnut, on the north end of the north-south alley, business complaining about rental
southside of alley overgrown by avid gardener, going into alley, scratching cars,etc.
no stickers once again. phoned in stating the sticker was 'weathered and faded from rain'...crews stated that trash is habitually not tagged. multiple write ups. very crass and rude.
Trash is at the side of the house and in the backyard. There are 2 old mattresses against the house. Caller reported calling several times in the past and asked to speak to the Mayor's office.
