1st street between Fess and Woodlawn is treacherous with coatings of ice on sidewalks, mostly outside visibly-advertised rental properties. The stretch of Woodlawn from First through Atwater is especially bad, so that pedestrians are simply walking on the street.

Someone has dumped a recliner in the drainage ditch. Also scattered trash and litter in the vicinity. Litter blows into other yards.
On E. 10th before you get to Smith Road there is a large pile of brush and trash.
Snow on sidewalk
Every time it snows, the sidewalks by the sorority on the west side of woodlawn never get cleared, and they're an awful mess, prompting people to walk in the street.
No snow removal on Woodlawn. Please ticket! This is a busy area. Corner 3rd and Woodlawn, no longer tri delta but another sorority
