this rental house is a disgrace to the neighborhood the house is vacant & the lawn has not been cut this year please notify owner

This house has been in a constant state of demolition. There is trash everywhere. At night, people are using the basement as a shelter. Cats are frequently seen catching rats. I live at 1007 W 1st, the rats are encroaching on my property and at 6am, people are crawling out of the basement. The dumpster is huge and has not been emptied for quite a while. This site is a serious health hazard and keeps me from enjoing my home.
