Not clear which address to use. City-created, grassy area in traffic-control sidewalk extension into the street needs mowing. SW corner of Grant/9th. Is this the responsibility of adjacent property owners? If so, would that be Plantation North Apartments, apparently now being referred to as "Campus Walk North" (CRE Rentals)?
See case #188239 (SW corner of Grant/9th intersection.) Long grass is still a problem. Maybe assign this to someone other than "Jo Stong", because cases assigned to that person are sometimes not dealt with in a timely manner.
Trash bins being stored on street (9th Street side).
Trash from 421 E. 9th Street was dumped at 501 N. Dunn Street.
Several trash bags on porch, Rodents, several unauthorized people living there, drugs, animal cages, and etc.
bags of trash accumulating outdoors. Concerned about attracting rodents. Number odf bags and amount of trash getting out of control
Next to my townhouse there is a furniture store. My front door faces their parking lot. There is a tree line- it is unclear who's property it is. A group of transient people have been living in the tree line. I don't believe they reside there currently but the mess left behind is so huge that I can't even let my children play outside. There is constant debris blowing, and I am concerned that they will wander toward the trees where there is just a TON of trash and things that I am positive are a biohazard.
Citizen stated the grass has not been cut this year and is very tall.
APPEARS CONSTRUCTION IS DONE BUT DUMPSTER IS STILL THERE.
