Overgrown grass has not been cut
Grass and weeds to top of fence, small children living in home not safe to be outside in the yard
Both Japanese knotweed and tree-of-heaven are growing together on the *east* lot-line of this property, possibly extending to neighboring lot (315 E. 11th), though not clear which property is the culprit invader and which the invaded. Plants are in leaf, actively growing, and easily seen from sidewalk - a perfect opportunity for HAND inspectors to learn to identify and distinguish between these two highly-invasive species.
House was sold a couple of months ago. Huge, empty, uncared. Neighbors on street have no idea who purchased but assume it is a developer. Yard is now very overgrown; house has flapping broken siding high up that during storms we all think may fly off!
Overgrown yard with no maintenance. Overgrowth is causing several types of damage to fences surrounding properties and bug problems like ticks and mosquitoes to affect the area
Caller to HAND reporting overgrown grass at two properties across the street from him and the next door neighbor. Said that they were never mowed last year so he did the mowing but no longer going to mow for them.
Caller to HAND lives at 120 W Pinewood Dr. wants to file complaint against his neighbors living across the street for grass not mowed. Said last year it was never mowed.
Landlord rarely cuts grass. Cut it 3 times in 2024. Backyard is even worse.
