someone called about trash near Pendragon property along 15th Street

Mr. Smith called regarding a problem with overgrown bushes on the sw corner of 15th and Woodburn. He also said that there is an old blue Dodge PU with expired tags that is blocking the stop sign. Because of the bushes and the pu, lots of people run this stop sign.
