808 S. Fess has a backyard on the alley between Henderson and Fess. The weeds are 3 feet high, there is a stack of stones, pile of lumber and misc. trash in the back yard. I have complained about this before to no avail. Will someone check this out and if nothing is to be done, please tell me why? Thank you.

Green Acres off of Union rats have been caught and seen
trash in back yard, dumpster in back, looks like auto repair, etc. Woman (Margaret Taylor) has given permission for inspector to go on her property (1701 S. Clifton Ave) to see the trash
Vacant property and has not mowed all year. Grass is thigh high.
Resident was also written up a couple weeks ago for the same issue. Trash crew states that it was also an issue last week and the week before.
