We have a window that faces their side porch where they put their trash bags. On multiple occasions we have seen 1-3 rats rummaging through their garbage. I would like to remain anonymous, but I know of a house that has four residents with only allowing three to live there and be on the lease. I am reporting this because they tried to offer a sublet without being able to get on the lease and I think this is illegal. The house is at 2629 E Edwards row. I think this is an issue and should be dealt with.
