neighbor phoned in that resident has rodents, trash, overgrown grass. Neighbor stated that she has called in complaint's many times prior but feels nothing is being done to remedy the problem. She stated she has called Habitat, HAND, Sanitation and BPD and feels as though no one is going out to enforce City Code on this resident.

Citizen stated that the dumpster is overflowing with trash and that trash is piled all around the dumpster at the Dorchester Apartment.
