Large amount of trash that is currently in bags but has been accumulating for quite some time. However, the caller is concerned that animals will get into the bags and scatter the trash.

The trash and recycling bins were on the sidewalk in front of the house this evening (Thursday). Since the bins were full and their trash day is Monday, I suspect the bins were placed out 4 days early.
