There is a large pile of trash at the home on the corner of 2nd and Rose that has been there for over a week. This seems to be a problem with a non-local owner perhaps? The house is across from the walking bridge between Rose and 2nd St. Thanks.
It is now July 11th 2021 and this homeowner has yet to mow his lawn once. It's a hazard as it's 3-4 feet tall. This is against the city rules and so why is the city not enforcing the law?

Neighbor states that yard is full of trash
Field still not cut behind Best Buy. What is that, Longview and 5th maybe? Ordinance doesn't just apply to small residential yards. Other day still not cut by laser tag either.
Plants on SW corner of lot have overgrown to a point that the sidewalk is now impassible.
Tenants moved out and left discarded furniture by the street - The have been there awhile, City sanitation has not removed them.
Lawn going to seed, weeds growing up through porch. Recurring problem with this property.
