The grass on this corner has not been mowed yet this spring. It is so tall it is starting to interfere with visibility. With the increased traffic on Moores Pike due to closure of the High Street roundabout it is creating a hazard.

Norman and code enforcement department, Park Ridge needs your assistance again on this same address please. 3433_E._Third_St._property_needs_owner_attention The house is not being cared for and has become a flophouse for the homeless and drug users. The backdoor is not locking now (I have tried) and inside it's a mess with evidence of trespassers using the house for various activities. BPD has visited the house three times in the past 60 days due to the back door standing open. With the weather and trespassing occurring at the I address, you need to get the owner's attention to lock it up and also care for it in a consistent manner. It has evidence of being abandoned. Also evident are the two waste and recycle toters at the front door - never touched by the homeowner. An advertisement that the house is vacant. Has BPD contacted you for enforcement help? Subject: Re: uReport Case #162510 - 3433_E._Third_St._property_needs_owner_attention Mike Arnold -- An update from a coupe weeks past on this address, I have been been busy or else would have sent a message sooner. 2/10/18: I reported to Bloomington Police the north, back of house, doors open. Lower door wide open, upper door open but storm door closed. Officers (six) arrived and cleared the house, Windows are still unlocked and storm windows may be opened as they are not closed in place on nearly all windows. Please make contact with the owner and request that they close all windows and check the two doors so they may be closed and locked. I have mentioned to you in the past, on the lower door, stone wall has fallen and mud prevents storm door to close. This needs attention. Please be more aggressive in your home owner contact. Monitoring this house and follow up on securing the house is now using Police time and resources. Plus my time and others neighbors concern that the house is being entered by homeless and others trespassers. It appears a mess inside and needs attention. If you cannot get results on this homeowner's negligence, see history back to 2004 where the city has sited issues, I will follow up with the Mayor and City legal. This needs to be solved to hold the homeowner accountable for action before something bad happens; house fire, frozen water pipes, trespassers cause issues. If you can, please tell me who the homeowner is and their contact information. Second Report: House at 717 North Maple has been long abandoned, windows are broken and anyone could get in; at risk of becoming a drug house. (Address on map is incorrect - I wish there was a way to enter a street address into the map)

The house at 2615 Rockport looks abandoned. Construction/repairs was being done on it but a large branch fell into the house in the back and now has a large hole in the roof. I'm concerned that the house has fallen into neglect and is now abandoned. Would the city please look into it and let me know what is going on with it? -Lucas
