This trash has been on the rear porch all summer long. Animals have picked at this garbage and spread the debris all around. In addition, the black trash can has been at the curb since last week.

We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. Trash can left out continuously. Doesn't bring it up after pick up. Trash smells disgusting.
Trash and recycling containers are not being removed from street after pick up. This is the second week bins have been left in 400 block of Faculty Ave.
