this property is trashy all of the time. this complaint comes from the adjacent property owner. there are lots of cars some may be parked on the grass. in the summer the grass doesn't get mowed regularly.

Excessive growth and yard waste violations as defined by the following City codes: "Weed" means any plant or vegetation classified as a detrimental plant, invasive plant or noxious weed by either the state under authority of IC 15, entitled Agriculture and Animals, or the United States government in accordance with 7 USC 7701. The term shall also includes the vegetation listed in Section 20.05.059 of the Bloomington Municipal Code. "Yard waste" means grass, weeds, leaves, brush, tree trimmings, hedge clippings, and other yard and garden materials. 6.06.050 - Excessive growth. I delivered groceries to 602 N. Morton and there was vomit outside the elevator I think I stepped in it. Cedarview management needs to be fined and notified this is unacceptable
