My husband and I are present members of the YMCA, and go this facility often. We are concerned about the lack of cleanliness of the locker room, bathrooms and the drinking fountains. This is a health risk to our community, with the potential for diseases. Also, the drinking fountain in the track area is warm, plus never cleaned. Another example is in the shower. I have seen something left accidently like a shampoo bottle, and I will see it there for weeks at a time. The shower smells of urine,and it is NOT clean. Again, we are very concerned about possible diseases. The health department needs to do an inspection. My husband and I have complained to the YMCA multiple times, but nothing has changed. Caller to HAND through an ASL Interpretor needed assistance filing a uReport and says: There is ice at the bus stop of the southeast YMCA and because of this it is causing walking issues.

The renters in this house continually over stack their trash and it is not taken. There is also a lot of trash scattered about the yard.

Excessive Growth; unkempt shrubs/landscaping throughout entire front of property and growing through and over fence line into sidewalk. Main tree is over grown and needs to be pruned. Lawn needs cutting.
