I wonder what can be done about 2102 E. Wimbleton Lane in southeast Bloomington. No one has lived there a several years. Someone does cut the lawn, but the house is aging and in disrepair. In the past months, the gutter over the garage is falling off and the house is becoming a real eye-sore. Can anything be done to locate the owners and have them keep up maintenance on the house? This homeowner takes out her trash and recycling carts on Sunday and places them near the sidewalk. Our neighborhood does not get picked up until Thursday mornings. For 4 days, the neighbors have to look at that eye sore and when it's windy, the cans tip over and debris blows around everywhere. This person should take out their cans on Wednesday evenings like everyone else does. Thank you.

Sidewalk on High Street, just south of Woodstock, not cleared and hazardous. Was very bad walking children to Rogers this morning, still bad at pick up this afternoon. This is hard in the elderly and not safe. Thank you.

Walking kids to school- sidewalk not shoveled from Jan 4 snow, or Jan 10 snow. Driveway plowed both times so can’t think owner is unaware.

Yet again, a couple days after a big snow, and this sidewalk is still not clear. Why do my kids have to walk in the street to go to school when there is a perfectly good sidewalk? Everyone else has managed to clear their sidewalks. These folks obviously are not hurting for money. They could hire it done. I don’t know why the city is not enforcing this.

Snow is never cleared at this address, why do I as a parent have to act like the police. Children walk to school. This house is a repeat offender, so this is one more thing to do as a parent?
