is constantly overweight. did a courtesy pick up after he broke it down on 8/6 from 80 lbs. he refused to tage the other can he broke down from 80 lbs but we picked i tup anyway. on 8/13 was 60 lbs again. i did not send out a courtesy pick up. today weighed in at 60lbs. will not comply. i have spoken with mr. wiley on many occasions about city code and he still refuses to comply.

The resident states there is trash in the N/S alley behind 408 N. Roosevelt Street. He said that students have been throwing it in the alley and is now pushed up next to the side.
