House was sold a couple of months ago. Huge, empty, uncared. Neighbors on street have no idea who purchased but assume it is a developer. Yard is now very overgrown; house has flapping broken siding high up that during storms we all think may fly off!

neighbor phoned in that resident has rodents, trash, overgrown grass. Neighbor stated that she has called in complaint's many times prior but feels nothing is being done to remedy the problem. She stated she has called Habitat, HAND, Sanitation and BPD and feels as though no one is going out to enforce City Code on this resident.
