Caller says there is a building that the brick facade is bowing and pulling loosse from the structure. Believes they have a temporary fix on the issue, but is concerned about safety. WOuld like an inspector to look at it and maybe contact Colonial Crest.
Resident was written up for the fifth time this morning for trash can being overweight. 956, the trash crew for this residence, estimated that the can weighed over 100 pounds. They have previously picked up trash at residence, even when overweight and just left a notice. Today the crew left a notice and did not pick up the trash either.
Residence has been written up numerous times in 2012 for trash related violations.
Fourth time that resident has been written up for trash violations since 6-5-12

Bagged trash & iron fencing piled on south side of house.
Lots of ice built up on sidewalk on south side of Wiley, just east of Washington. Had to be 5 square feet and 2 inches thick
trash is 120+ pounds. this is third week for violation of program guidelines. per ldb.
