Caller said there was a blue and a red truck that is full of garbage that is overflowing onto the street.

There is an old blue Ford pick-up truck with side boards is sitting at 11th ST and Summit that is is over loaded with trash and has animals getting into it and dragging it around the neighborhood. Caller also thinks there is another truck by the same owner sitting down the block on 11th ST that is loaded with trash too.
