The tenants are leaving 4 trash and recycling containers in the grass alongside the driveway all week, very visible from the street. This seems not to be in compliance with the UDO 20.03.030 (h) (8) A.
They should move those cans into the garage or behind the house.

A collection of junk has been visible from the street (the E Second part of the property) for a very long time now. Maybe the owner can be asked to clean up the items in front of the garage doors.

Duke Energy finished cleaning the vegetation in the utility easement located on 5th street, now the homeowner needs to remove all of the invasive species: Asian bush honeysuckle, privet, winter weed and white mulberry to name a few. This is in the back of the property facing 5th and is past the utility easement.

The garbage cans are still here and the recycling bin is still filled with rotting trash. It smells like something has died. I would not complain so much but I have to live right next to this and it is almost at the corner of my yard. I do not understand why this is allowed to continue. Please help.
