HAND has left a notice on the "front door" of this house (12th Street side), but the actual door that is used to get into the house is the deck door off the alley. Current tenants probably will never see the notice unless it is moved to the door that they use.

West end of the retaining wall on north side of the property (Cottage Grove side) has degraded so much so that the capstone is no longer supported by underlaying stone and could fail if any significant pressure is placed on it, such as someone sitting or stepping on it.
