There is a large tree limb hanging down over the street - in front of 418 N. Washington.

Cans at curb. Also a rat problem. Neighbor says Sanitation told her they see rats when they dump the trash cans. She sees rats in the area. She has tried to talk to Olympus about the problem, but they are not responsive.
