Couch left in front of 817 N. Washington St., plus piles of garbage already ripped open by raccoons alongside house. These items have been here for a couple of weeks and it appears that the tenants have moved out for the summer. I have photos of both but it appears it will only let me upload one, so I chose garbage. Couch is clearly visible to the street.

808 east hunter. Sidewalks are solid ice. This is a managed apartment building. It has been days since the last snow.
There is a “rogue” trash can. Not sure who it belongs to but it’s been here for a while. Please remove.

Sidewalk in front of this Costley & Co rental hasn’t been touched. Dangerous to walk on the sidewalk as it’s ice covered.
The yard is over-grown and attracting mice. There is a sign in the yard that says it is an all natural yard. Caller does not believe it should be allowed.
