Ms. Capestani stated that this is rental property and has tried to contact the owner to get rid of the overgrowth of weeds with no sucess. The weeds are very tall and have started to come over the top of the her fence.

Habitually not stickering their trash. A letter was sent on 4/10/07 warning them of the offense. Trash is not stickered again today. Thanks.
