Location of your Problem: 1211 E Elliston Drive Details: This property appears to have transitioned to a residential rental in a primarily single family residential neighborhood. Normally not a problem, however, on a regular basis there are upwards of 7 to 10 cars parked in and around this property. Often they are parked facing the opposite direction of traffic and one truck appears to be a trash dump for the property. Please look into this and confirm if A) this is a legal occupancy per HAND, B) is the parking of so many vehicles permitted?, C) Are there any solid waste concerns for storing a property's trash in a truck on the street? There is quite a bit of trash on the side of the road (both W. 17th St. and Monroe) and inside the fence of the Tri-North Middle School Property. I don't know if the school or the construction company is responsible for picking it up. But it's been there and accumulating for quite some time. Thank you.

Our crew was there this morning and found a horrible mess. It appears the tenants have moved out. I have a picture but I feel this is something that needs to be dealt with ASAP.
