There is a house on N Kinser about 5 house from the BHSN entrance that has had a yard sale since the beginning of June. Is that allowed? It looks awful

3522 E Morningside Drive has really high grass. There are notices on the door and garage that look like they are going to blow away. This is a recurring issue as no one lives at the address and I believe the owner of the property lives out of state. There should be a way to get ahold of the owner. Whatever is being done is not working.

1040 Chris lane - Jeff Jones property . He isn’t maintaining his rentals on our street and they look terrible . This door has been like this for a year or more . He rents out to constructions groups and I bet non are related to each other . Why the city lets Jeff Jones make Bloomington ugly I’ll never understand . He has at least 5 housed on this street and they all look bad

There is a house behind these weeds. The overgrowth is an eyesore. The sidewalks are not clear. There's is poison ivy preventing me from walking past with my stroller. In the back of the house, branches scrape cars as you drive through the alley. It has looked like this for 6 years. Please do something! It is seriously bringing down the look of our beautiful street impacting home values for sure.

The landlord of the tenants living there refuses to uphold his lease agreement by not supplying trash services and they have trash piled up high between house and trees causing varmints to frequent at night as well as flies and the horrible smell within rising heat temperatures
Also that same landlord has 3 homes on one septic and has his septic runoff draining into the man-made pond in his field out back

I believe the address is 3425 E Third street, the brick house. This house has all kind of commercial and industrial appliances in the back yard of the house. Can you let the homeowner know a back yard neighborhood is not the place to store commercial appliances like refrigerators etc. Thank you.
