Caller to HAND wants to report that large furniture items and trash are in the dumpster area but not in the dumpster. She says that this happens on a steady basis throughout the property. Glass front porch door hanging off hinges and is potential projectile with high winds/storms. Also porch roof has many loose shingles and gutters are hanging- again potential projectiles to nearby houses, businesses, street and pedestrians.
