Corner lot property with apparently absent owner. Sidewalk on 3rd St. side of property has been covered in snow and ice for past 2 weeks. Very dangerous for pedestrians. Please notify and/or cite owner. Thank you.
Trash, trash. Neglect of clean up of properties by rental company. Sarge Rental shows up to move squatters along periodically but never cleans up trash in yards. It’s been there since last year. Tenants gone but junk remains in yard. old blankets, rugs, torn open trash bags. trash bins open, big screen tvs, weed eaters, furniture, washer. Front door of 821 still flapping in the wind with front porch open.
This overpass is an icy mess. Isn’t this city property? I see other reports about this that have been closed; how can you close a report before you fix it? Please fix it or put up a sign naming it Fracture Overpass.
so much trash at 819 W.1st and 821 W. 1st. Sarge Rentals crew comes and looks around rarely after moving tenants on but never cleans up what remains.
Please revisit case 200459. The sidewalk is NOT clear.

A large percentage (30%+) of sidewalks in the Bryan Park neighborhood are still covered with snow or ice which makes walking, running and pushing strollers very difficult. I understand there is an ordinance that stipulates fines if the snow or ice has not been removed 24hrs after the end of the weather event but it does not appear to be enforced. Many of the addresses appear to be rentals as well.
None of the sidewalks around the old Napa building and county parking lot (I think it’s owned by the county now?), has not had any snow or ice removal. These 3 sections of sidewalk have lots of foot traffic and it’s been dangerous to walk on since last week.
Trash collection was on Tuesday. It's Thursday and the cans are still out on Ballantine Rd. north of Hunter.
