The property at 1413 W 11th st has a severely overgrown yard. There is also a family of four groundhogs living under the house. They keep crawling under my fence and getting into my yard and terrorizing my small dogs. Please help resolve this! The foundation under the house is completely open and no one lives there.

House on the corner of 1st street and Henderson (600 E 1st Street) has multiple trash bags outside their house, in addition to other miscellaneous items. They are not in trash bins, and they continue to litter on their property. I have seen plenty of raccoons digging around our trash before, so it's only a matter of time until they get into their trash bags

1807 E Second Street:
Sorry to be a pest, but I wonder what action was taken,as reported in an email to me. Monday we had trash pick-up and the open trash cans are still there, just as they were last week.
Also, the grass, especially on the right side of the house, has not been mowed and is getting wilder every day.

Someone has dumped an old mattress on the sidewalk/street. This is just the latest event in the severe downgrading of the neighborhood to occur since the city has allowed apartment buildings to be constructed in small residential neighborhoods. I am hoping Bloomington Sanitation can remove this trash.
