Nick's Pub owner, Greg Rago, called in with a complaint of a dumpster that is not being emptied in a timely manner. It currently is filled so high that it is to Nick's second story. He stated that this is not a snow issue, that it is a common occurrence. The owner and property management of the building have been notified numerous times and are refusing to do anything about it. He says that the issue stems from apartment residents or guests parking in front of this dumpster making it impossible for their sanitation company to empty the dumpster. Sidewalks not cleared: 720 S College Mall Rd (E side) & 2628 E Covenanter Ct (E & W sides of College Mall) My wife and I walked to the "Shoppes" this morning on College Mall Road. After climbing over deep mounds of snow on the W side of Covenanter and crossing College Mall Road, we found that there had been no effort made to clear the sidewalk on the E side. Thinking we could return more easily by going North and crossing on Buick Cadillac Drive, we tried that. No attempt had been made to clear this sidewalk either. These are ALL commercial properties that should be responsible for clearing; that had done so for cars.

Today I was unable to walk from Bloom Dental to the mall because the sidewalks in this area have not been touched. There are long lengths of public sidewalk in this area that remain inaccessible four days after the snow stopped falling. Thank you.
