The yard is covered in poison ivy. It is now growing over in the neighbors yard. You can see it from the alley and the back yard of 514 W. Kirkwood. You have permission from the owner if you need on their property.
mulberry tree hanging over 1000 N Orris' fence. is about to fall on his fence. This property belongs to HAND.
Property has trash stacked in their carport, not for 2 weeks. Cats and dogs are getting into the trash and making a mess. Also leave their empty trash baskets in the front yard.
