Hello, I'm attempting to get this resolved before it becomes a hard frozen hazard as it has in year's past. This is the sidewalk next to Taco Bell at 7th & Walnut. It is also the only way I can get to One City Centre from the Walnut Street Garage. I don't understand how they get a "pass" on sidewalk cleanup, yet CFC is very prompt about clearing the walk way (see clear sidewalk on horizon of attached photo). Caller to HAND lives at 120 W Pinewood Dr. wants to file complaint against his neighbors living across the street for grass not mowed. Said last year it was never mowed.

The north/south alley between Grimes & Driscoll and Walnut & Washington. There were 2 bags of black trash left in the alley 6-8 days ago next to the light post. One of them have been recently ripped open and trash is all over the alley.

Trash is piled up on back porch -- they bag it then through it out the back door. The neighbors are starting to see mice and rats.
