Accumulated refuse next to residence.
Accumulated refuse next to residence.
At the corner of 801 S Eastside & 1st Street there have been repeated times where trash cans are left close to the road 3-4 days after trash pick-up.
Piles of garbage left out on the front yard etc. At what point does enforcement of this house get serious? They are repeat offenders.
Neighbors have not had their trashed picked up in weeks, it’s overflowing and all over both theirs and our parking lot. We are a restaurant next door, and it is beginning to be embarrassing, let alone what potential bug problems it could bring left unmanaged. Thank you
The property is unkempt and the lawn is severely overgrown, it looks as though there are multiple invasive species and possibly dangerous growth to the neighborhood and any passerby. It is also difficult to see around the corner and overgrowth. This appears to violate city ordinances all other neighbors are expected to abide by. Please address this dangerous eyesore.

We bought a house with HAND assistance at 1400 S. Palmer. The Dunn Hill painted houses are one block to the east. The 1300 block and 1400 block of South Palmer are well maintained residences, some owner-occupied, some rental. Now, I pay a lot of taxes for my house and yard. A lot. And I hope to see some benefit from doing that in terms of the trash problems at 1316 and 1317 South Palmer. Both residences bring down my property value immensely. They are total trash dumps. I collect trash from the street every week and the trash pickup. It's 99% things that people throw from their cars or just walking by. But those two places simply generate their own trash. I pick it up. But I'm tired of picking it up. I need some help. These two places sit opposite each other. The one of the west of the street is some kind of used car business. This would not be allowed on Dunn Street, just a block away. The place on the east of the street, they never deal with their trash, trash, junk, you name it. Please help.
It appears someone defecated in the alley right below the loading door of our building.
