607 S. Washington Street, Apt. #4 - Trash Can Lid Broken - Small Cart - Cart #: 08170127 Tenant reported to our office on 12/29/2024 that the trash can lid is broken. Can the lid be repaired or the cart replaced? Please and thank you! :) --Ranatta R Place Office Ph: 812-825-5579 Cell: 812-322-0779
This derelict property has been previously reported as unsafe due to the open door shown in the picture. It was remedied before, but someone has obviously broken in again.
Apologies if this is the incorrect category. Backyard is a bamboo grove. Can be seen from E. 5th street.
See the picture. Bagged trash on ground in ROW @ NE corner of N. Roosevelt and E. 5th. Happy New Year.
For about 2 weeks now there has been a couch and a mattress in front of 1709 Circle Drive. This weekend some cardboard boxes were added. We had trash pickup today. All the items are still there.
Happy New Year and thanks for all your efforts this past year. A tire and wheel has been dumped near the road (north side under the trees). SMH.
There is what looks like an individuals bedding, clothing and personal items that have been strewn about in the undeveloped alleyway immediately East of 1001 S Rogers Steet. These itmes have been there for over a week. There is too much for us to put in our personal trash bin. Thank you!!
Pavilion Properties building elevator permit expired on 10/15/2024. It has not been renewed as per Indiana DHS website (which is publicly accessible and can be accessed if you know the building's address) as of 11:21am on 12/23/2024. I checked it because the doors made loud clunking noises when traversing down, and I had to hit the button multiple times (or hit it extremely hard) in order for it to go up. It should be the apartment complex owner's responsibility to ensure permits are up to date - members of the public shouldn't have to remind them to do this. [I am not a tenant of this building (hence why this is not under the "rental complaint" section), but my friend is, and I noticed that the permit posted in the elevator showed it was expired when I visited him recently. I checked the website to verify.]
